Preparation Steps:

  1. Boil shark fish pieces with turmeric and salt for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.

  2. Remove skin and bones, then shred the fish into small chunks.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, and let them splutter.

  4. Add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and sauté until onions turn translucent.

  5. Add shredded fish and mix well.

  6. Cook on medium-low flame, stirring occasionally, until the fish turns light and dry.

  7. Add curry leaves, pepper powder, salt, and stir well.

  8. Finish with fresh coriander leaves.

  9. Serve hot, often with rice or as a side dish.
