Preparation Steps:

  1. Grease the mini idli molds lightly with oil or ghee.

  2. Pour the fermented idli batter into the molds.

  3. Steam in an idli steamer or pressure cooker without the weight for about 7-8 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Remove the mini idlis carefully and let them cool slightly.
